SYRIA is in the middle of a civil war…a civil war…not a declared war against any other country. To the West and the rest… stay the hell out of their business. We should not be involved on either side. A civil war is between the people of Syria and if people die there it is still none of our business as it is their struggle and no matter who wins Syrians will have won with their own blood, sweat and tears. We get involved and we will once again be in a no win situation as whoever wins will hate us.
Unless the war expands out of their borders, no country should become involved. If they either intentionally or accidently send missiles into a bordering country then and only then should that country defend itself. The USA says they do not want to put ‘boots on the ground’. Damn right you shouldn’t put boots on the ground it is none of your frickin’ business. Sure lots of humans do not want to see people die but so what, people die all the time and especially in war. Does anybody like it, of course not, but it happens and will continue to happen since humans are a war like species that will keep on killing itself for centuries to come. Someday, maybe we will change to more civilized people. Maybe, someday we will be able to say and mean that great statement by Captain James T. Kirk in Star Trek…

The people of Syria chose to fight against their government, we did not. It is their fight not ours. They will not thank anyone after the war decides the winner. They will only remember that others interfered and BELIEVE ME THEY WILL NOT BE HAPPY ABOUT IT. They will only come to believe that we did it only because we want their resources or whatever. We do not need that aggravation. So stay out of it, pure and simple.
Westerners, we think that we should be mankind’s police when we can’t even police ourselves, especially in the USA….sheesh!!
